90% of all persons incarcerated will be released some day.  Do you really want them living in an environment steeped in criminality and then being released an being your or someone you knows next door neighbor?  Know anyone that has been a victim of crime?  Chances are they were victimized by a repeat offender.  STOP the cycle of recidivism and not only help a person but help a community and build a stronger society.
